Bribing his way out of criminal/bribery charges!! This is not the 1st time Cheney & Halliburton have committed criminal acts. It will be the 2nd time they've avoided prosecution though, by agreeing to pay fines! The 1st involved the theft by overcharges of billions, this one involved bribery. The man & company are criminals! Yet, they still build a massive pipeline in Iraq, stealing a commodity from the Iraqi people & they are doing this under questionable terms, uh, mainly using cheap/child labor!
