The US is headed for yet another war. Again under the pretense that Libyan leader Ghaddafi is killing his citizens. In order to halt this atrocious act on humans, the US wants to attack & invade so they can then be the ones killing innocent civilians & children. Also more American military lives are to be lost or changed from warfare.

The US: A Paranoid Nation!
Gawd, I'm sitting here listening to idiot acting Anderson Cooper arguing with a Japanese official over what country is being more honest about the nuclear crisis in Japan, geeesh!!! Typically, I am an Anderson Cooper fan but gawd, why does our media, our people, our government have to argue about everything on the face of this earth as to what, how & when other countries handle their own situations?? Gee, the Japanese are one of only a few powerful allies we have left & we now want to start trouble with them. Hey US, give it a rest!!!
Given the track record of the US covering up everything & deceiving its own people, I have no problem accepting what the Japanese government is reporting, they are under a catastrophic situation that humans have never experienced. The US has a horrible, horrible track record of being dishonest with us & other countries around the world. This blog is not big enough to even list all of those incidents. The Katrina affair was bungled horribly, including all the cover ups afterward. The failure to use known intelligence reports on the 9-11 terrorists attacks before hand is the biggest coverup in US history. Well, except for the "The Gulf of Tonkin" incident which incited the VietNam War. This incident manufactured information in order to incite a war with North Vietnam. This included falsifying or manufacturing documents of an attack on US battleships in the Tonkin Gulf that never even happened. Departments involved were the Presidency, military & everyone in between.

CC baseball closer yet!
We are getting really, really close to the high school baseball season now, the boys polls have come out. In a bit of a surprise, I find our Central Catholic Knights ranked #1. Frontier, our nemesis is ranked 2nd. Another fine & outstanding program we have faced the past 2 years in regional finals is Cowan ranked #3. But, Cowan is without their outstanding 96mph fastball pitching ace Justin O'Conner, he was drafted last year 1st round.

Another step closer to Communism
Hey, our city has taken one big step towards a communistic approach to society. Don't get me wrong, I firmly believe we have one of the finest law enforcement agencies in the state including our county agency. I've noticed that over the past many years our government is breaking Constitutional law with numerous behaviors. The 1st was sobriety & seat belt check points & now this.
What our city law enforcement agency will be doing is to check our cars to see if they are locked or unlocked. Ok, they claim they will have minor access and at the same time will "kinda" eye out items in the car that could possibly be stolen. (I'm pretty sure most of us know already) They will then issue a safety protection card left on the windshield. It does not take a rocket scientist to know that their version of "kinda" eyeing stuff out is really meant to say "snooping" things out. I can't wait to see the challenge of the legality of this if drugs are found & the search & seizure law comes into the case. I will file a lawsuit if an officer opens my door only to lock it. My key is bent & will not unlock my car, it works fine on my ignition so I leave it unlocked, nothing left in it to steal. Personally, what the fuck business is it to city law enforcement if my car is unlocked or anyone elses? Sorry, I disagree with this one!!!
The 4th Amendment:
'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.'
I firmly believe the checkpoints are in violation of the 4th amendment. It clearly states that one has to provide "probable cause" to be stopped & searched. What did I do leading up to the checkpoint that warranted a stoppage? A search?
Recent violations have come about while the government now has the authority to secretly go onto one's property w/o a warrant to place a GPS tracking device on your car & track you without your kn owledge.
