Ok, I really don't understand the convictions of this individual, well, actually the non-convictions of any US involvement. Yes, the US was involved. The US government sold chemical weapons to Iraq, they knew then that they were being used on both the Iranians & the Kurds. As the US military witnessed these very same incidents at the end of Gulf War 1, I find it absurd that now they deem it as criminal. If it is now, it was then also!!
